Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax).
  • Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $6.75.

Carriers & Services
We ship nationwide within the U.S. using USPS or UPS, selecting the best option for your address and order:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: typically 2 to 5 business days; delivers to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • UPS Ground / UPS Ground Saver: typically 1 to 5 business days; cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • If one carrier cannot deliver, we will automatically use the other.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST usually ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day.
  • Weekend and holiday shipping depends on carrier availability.

Tracking & Notifications

  • After your order is processed and a label is created, you will receive an email with tracking details (typically within one hour).
  • Shipping updates are powered by Shippo.

Shipping Limitations

  • We do not ship internationally.
  • Some items (oversized, restricted materials, perishables) may have shipping limitations. Any limits will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
  • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. For PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses we use USPS.
  • Remote or rural areas may require longer delivery times.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Returns Policy

Return Window

  • Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund if they are in new condition.

Return Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative in some cases.
  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Food and perishable items (eligible for store credit only).
  • Clearance and sale items (eligible for store credit only).
  • Motors and electronics (all sales final, no returns accepted).
  • Products not in new condition or missing original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us with your order number and return request.
  2. We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
  3. Securely repackage the item and ship it back using the provided instructions.

Order Issues

If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is marked delivered but not received:

  • Contact us right away.
  • We will work with the carrier to help locate your package and discuss replacement options.
